Refund and Return Policy

At Neo Prime Global Trading LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy.

1. Returns
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
To qualify for a return:
● The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
● Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
● Returns must be approved by our support team before sending items back.

Certain items such as personal care tools, grooming products, or hygiene-related products(e.g., toothbrushes, trimmers) are non-returnable once opened, due to health and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return
1. Email support@neoprimetrading.com with:
○ Your Order ID
○ Reason for return

○ A clear photo (if item is damaged or defective)
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
● Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note:
● Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange an item, contact support@neoprimetrading.com with your Order ID and issue details.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; you may request a return after delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
1. Check with your bank or payment provider.
2. Contact us at support@neoprimetrading.com and we’ll assist promptly.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged item:
● Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
● Provide photos or video proof for verification.
● A replacement or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
